Registration

We are so excited to welcome you to the 2026 Wisconsin Association of Fairs Convention, January 11-14!

We are a Member Only convention, so all attendees of the convention must be affiliated with a Fair Member, an Associate Member or as a W.A.F.E. Member. All convention attendees are required to wear their registration name badge to participate in the convention.

Our early-bird registration runs October 1 through November 15 for $60 per convention attendee and $50 per banquet ticket. The prices increase November 16-December 31 to $85 for convention attendee and $75 per banquet ticket.

New this year we revamped our registration process. Basically, we are using a ticketing feature, like some of you use for your own fair. Follow the instructions below as you register as a Fair Member or an Associate Member. Please note: Fair Members are those Wisconsin Fairs that receive state aid. If you do not, then you are an Associate Member in the category of Fairs.

Fair Members

1. Click on the link to register as a Fair Member.

2. Follow the prompts to enter your contact information and the number of tickets (registration, banquet, etc.) you are purchasing.

3. Select the payment option. We prefer credit card payments, but if you need to purchase via check, you will need to enter a promo code at the end to process the order and then an invoice will be emailed to your fair. Note: You will need to complete the checkout process prior to being able to enter individual names for those attending.

4. Enter the names of the registration attendees. This is something you can return to at another time to edit. You will have until December 12 to make changes to the names.

5. There is no need to enter the names of the banquet attendees. You will just have a quantity of tickets ordered.

6. You will get a receipt for the tickets purchased with names on them. NO NEED TO BRING this to convention. This just assures we can print a name badge for everyone. (Note: You will be given an option to print tickets or add them to your wallet. Do not do as WAF does not need them.)

Associate Members

1. Click on the link to register as an Associate Member.

2. Complete the Associate Membership Dues portion. Since we are a Member Only organization, you will need to have the dues completed in order to register for the convention.

3. Follow the prompts to register for all things convention related: Trade Show Booth, Strolling, Registration, Banquet and Sponsorship. You will select the quantities for each. Please note that a Trade Show Booth comes with one convention registration included in that price. New this year, you have to select whether you want the table and chair that comes free with the booth or not.

4. All registrations will require a credit card for the purchase

5. Enter the names of the registration attendees. This is something you can return to at another time to edit. You will have until December 12 to make changes to the names.

Banquet Only

If you are only coming for the banquet on Wednesday evening, you can use the banquet only option below.

Banquet prices are $50 if ordered by November 15. Late rates are $85. All banquet only tickets will be purchased via credit card. Banquet tickets are not mailed, but rather picked up during the convention at our WAF Registration Desk in the Grand Ballroom Lobby.

Door for the banquet open at 4:30PM and we will begin as soon as everyone is seated. The banquet will conclude after 8:30PM. There is a cash bar available at the hotel bar.

If you are attending as Fairest Contestant family, please be sure to list the Fair they represent. Also, please check with the fair before you place your order to assure they have not already included you in their banquet count.
