1. Click on the link to register as an Associate Member.
2. Complete the Associate Membership Dues portion. Since we are a Member Only organization, you will need to have the dues completed in order to register for the convention.
3. Follow the prompts to register for all things convention related: Trade Show Booth, Strolling, Registration, Banquet and Sponsorship. You will select the quantities for each. Please note that a Trade Show Booth comes with one convention registration included in that price. New this year, you have to select whether you want the table and chair that comes free with the booth or not.
4. All registrations will require a credit card for the purchase
5. Enter the names of the registration attendees. This is something you can return to at another time to edit. You will have until December 12 to make changes to the names.
6. There is no need to enter the names of the banquet attendees. You will just have a quantity of tickets ordered.
7. You will get a receipt for the tickets purchased with names on them. NO NEED TO BRING this to convention. This just assures I can print a name badge for everyone. Note: You will be given no option to print tickets or add them to your wallet. You do not need do do either.
