Banquet Only

The Wisconsin Association of Fairs (WAF) is excited the present our banquet at our annual convention which will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The doors open at 4:30 and we begin promptly by 4:45 with the introductions of our Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs Candidates and then our meal. Following dinner, we will continue with our Fairest Contest and Awards Presentations. Our evening will conclude at approximately 8:30PM. There is a cash bar available at the hotel bar.

In celebration of the crowning of our 60th WI Fairest of the Fairs, we are inviting state Alumni to the banquet and will have special programming to recognized them. Order your banquet tickets early this year as we expect to sell out.

A banquet tickets is required for this event and is separate from our convention registration. The cost for a banquet ticket is $50 if purchased by November 15. From November 16 to December 31 the cost is $75. All tickets must be purchased using the online ticketing form via credit card. We do not offer any discounted tickets for children. Tickets will NOT be mailed ahead of time. They will be available to be picked up at the WAF Convention Registration desk in the Grand Ballroom Lobby up until 4:30PM the night of the banquet. All seats will be pre-assigned by WAF.

Refunds for tickets are available until December 15. You will need to email the WAF office at info@wifairs.com to request the refund.

If you are attending as Fairest Contestant family, please check with the fair before you place your order to assure they have not already included you in their banquet count.

FAIREST ALUMNI

If you are part of our WI Fairest of the Fairs Alumni that will be participating in our 60th Crowning Celebration, follow the steps below for banquet tickets. You will selected the Alumni ticket, free of charge, and if bringing a guest, select the Alumni Guest Ticket, which is a cost of $50 by the early-bird deadline of November 15.

Purchase Procedures

This is if you are only purchasing banquet tickets.

When you are selecting your tickets, please follow these steps:
1. No names are required for the tickets.

2. Select the quantity of the ticket, then the BUY NOW button.
-If you do not hit the BUY NOW button, after each quantity selected, it will not add it to the cart. Important step to follow.

3. You will then be asked to CHECK OUT or CONTINUE SHOPPING.
-If you are selecting other tickets, hit CONTINUE SHOPPING and follow step 1 again.
-If you are ready to CHECK OUT, then click on that link.

4. CHECK OUT will take you to a screen to review your order and make your credit card payment.

5. When checking out, you will be asked what organization you are with. This is very important information to complete.
- If a Fair or Associate Member, list the specific organization. (example: Rock County Fair)
- If you are a family member of a Fairest Contestant and buying tickets separately from your Fair, list the name of the Fair and include Contestant Family after it. (example: Rock County Fairest Family)
- If you are Alumni, list Alumni. (example: Alumni)
- If you fit no other category, please list General Supporter and if you would prefer to be seated near a specific fair include that. We cannot guarantee that but will make every attempt to meet your request. (example: Supporter, Fan, Media)
