The Wisconsin Association of Fairs (WAF) is excited the present our banquet at our annual convention which will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The doors open at 4:30 and we begin promptly by 4:45 with the introductions of our Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs Candidates and then our meal. Following dinner, we will continue with our Fairest Contest and Awards Presentations. Our evening will conclude at approximately 8:30PM. There is a cash bar available at the hotel bar.
In celebration of the crowning of our 60th WI Fairest of the Fairs, we are inviting state Alumni to the banquet and will have special programming to recognized them. They will be recognized following dinner.
At this time we are very limited on banquet tickets. If you would like to attend the banquet, please email the office at info@wifairs.com to see if accommodations can be made to purchase a ticket.
A banquet tickets is required for this event and is separate from our convention registration. The cost for a banquet ticket is $50 if purchased by November 15. From November 16 to December 31 the cost is $75. All tickets must be purchased using the online ticketing form via credit card. We do not offer any discounted tickets for children. Tickets will NOT be mailed ahead of time. They will be available to be picked up at the WAF Convention Registration desk in the Grand Ballroom Lobby up until 4:30PM the night of the banquet. All seats will be pre-assigned by WAF.
If you are attending as Fairest Contestant family, please check with the fair before you place your order to assure they have not already included you in their banquet count.
