Hotel reservations will begin on October 1 for all members. All hotel reservations should be emailed to groupreservations@chulavistaresort.com. If you have worked with Renata in the past, please note that in late September, she has moved onto another property, and sadly will no longer be our main point of contact. We thank her for all of her years and Chula Vista!
Like last year, all are asked to use the forms below to make your hotel reservations. We have provided a fillable Google Sheets or a PDF form. If you prefer an Excel spreadsheet one can be emailed to you upon request by emailing info@wifairs.com. If you need assistance or have questions, please email groupreservations@chulavistaresort.com.
For those that are new to attending the convention, there are three different buildings that host hotel rooms. The North Tower, South Tower and the Condos. For Associate Members wishing to have their hotel room used as a hospitality suite or for meetings, we offer two floors in the condo areas referred to "Vendor or Associate" Row. This is the 2nd and 3rd floor of the condos. This allows fairs to come visit all Associates in one general area, because it is a further walk to get there. If you don't intend on working out of your room, then you can have a hotel room anywhere on the property.
