Greetings Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs Alumni!
Many thanks for your interest in attending the upcoming Wisconsin Association of Fairs (WAF) Convention in January. We are excited to share the events planned for Alumni on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells.
Alumni Social Gathering:
All are welcome to attend an Alumni Social Gathering in the Sierra Vista from 2-3:30PM. Since there is not always enough time to catch up at the banquet, we wanted to add an additional opportunity to socialize. There is no set programming, so feel free to pop in as your schedule allows. Refreshments will be provided.
Official Photo:
At 3:45PM all Alumni are asked to be in Ballroom A-I for an official reunion photo.All Alumni will receive a link to the official photos after convention to download for free.
Commemorative Items:
Each Alumni will receive a commemorative pin and anniversary booklet at convention.We will also have a PDF version on our website you can download following convention.
Fairest Toast:
At 4:15PM all Alumni and current contestants will meet in the Grand Ballroom for a celebratory toast.
Banquet:
The crowning of the 60th WI Fairest of the Fairs will take place in Ballrooms A-I. The doors for the event open at 4:30PM.All Alumni (and guest if attending) will have reserved seats together. Alumni are to sit and enjoy the introduction of the WI Fairest of the Fairs Contestants and the dinner. Following dinner, we will ask all Alumni to exit the ballroom to gather in line in order of year served to walk across the stage to be introduced, while we read a short comment from your questionnaire. You will then return to your seat to enjoy the remainder of the program. The banquet should conclude no later than 8:45PM.
Banquet Tickets:
Use the link below to secure your free banquet ticket and purchase guest tickets if needed. I will assume if you don’t complete the reservation process, that you are not attending. The early-bird rate of $50 goes until November 15.If you need additional time to make your reservation, please let me know, as I can extend it until Thanksgiving if needed.

Hotel Information:
The Chula Vista Resort does have rooms available at our convention rate of $119/night. Reservations for the convention rate must be made by December 15, 2025.This is not required, but an option.
