2027 Official Entry Materials

Official Entry Materials for the Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs Contest are now available.

For the 2027 Contest, all of the required forms are online and modified. Take time to review the new materials. There are five steps to complete the application process. Details are in the Entry Requirements document. They do not need to be done in any particular order, but all must be done, by the contestant or the Fair.

A confirmation email will be sent to the contestant and the Fair representatives listed on the Judging Affidavit once all materials have been received.

All requirements must be submitted by October 1, by 11:59PM.

Step 1: Contestant Registration

It is recommended that you read the Job Description and Contest Rules prior to completing the Registration Form, as you will need to acknowledge that you read them in order to submit the Registration Form.

Step 2: Contestant Application

To be completed by the Contestant.

The Contestant Application can only be submitted once. We recommend you answer the questions in Word. Then do a word count (with character spaces), spellcheck, and then cut and paste your answers into the application. Each question has a maximum length of 1500 characters.

Note as a system default; any additional enter/return key strokes you use will disappear when you submit your application.
For paragraph answers, the empty lines will disappear once submitted.
For lists, empty lines and spaces will disappear once submitted. Use numbers or punctuation to separate (i.e. 1. Cow 2. Beef 3. Chicken OR Cow; Beef; Chicken).

Step 3: Photo Submission

To be completed by the Contestant or the Fair.

You are required to submit your electronic photo via email using the link below.
Subject line to include your Name and Fair. (example, Kaelie Billingsley, Kenosha County Fair)
Attach a full color 5x7 vertical head and shoulders photo WITHOUT TIARA & SASH. (file to be .jpeg format)

Payment via credit/debit card can be done using the buy now button. (preferred method)
If your Fair requires mailing a check for payment, email the WAF office at info@wifairs.com to make arrangements.
