Ticket Terms of Use
You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during and after this event. You agree to release the organization, facility, participants, Saffire and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the event and its respective agents.
Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations
By proceeding with a purchase from the Wisconsin Association of Fairs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated explicitly by the Wisconsin Association of Fairs or as required by law. This policy applies to all ticket purchases made through our website or any authorized ticketing platforms. The Wisconsin Association of Fairs recommends acquiring tickets only through our authorized platforms and does not guarantee authenticity for tickets purchased, exchanged or otherwise obtained through unauthorized platforms.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests after December 15, 2026, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans
- Travel disruptions
- Inclement weather
- Artist or performer lineup changes
- Venue changes
Disputes or Chargebacks
Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of the Wisconsin Association of Fairs including by its partner, Saffire or SaffireTix, may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund”.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by the Wisconsin Association of Fairs, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.

WAF events are Member only, so you either need to have a Fair, Associate or W.A.F.E. Membership in order to attend.
Your membership representative can pay for convention registration for whomever they recognize as part of their membership. The person completing the online registration takes responsibility for those attending as they are confirming that their attendees will adhere to the Member Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct is available on both the Fair and Associate Convention Registration tab as a pdf, if you would like to print a copy for your attendees.
For Fairs and W.A.F.E. Members, by completing the purchase, you agree that you have read the WAF code of conduct and to follow it.
For Associate Members, by completing the purchase, you agree that you have read the WAF Associate Code of Conduct and the Associate Member Convention Terms & Conditions 2026.
