Apparel Purchases

Thank you for your interest in ordering WAF apparel. Use the apparel order form as a guide to list the specific items you want to order. For example you would list 1, B, Large, Red for a long sleeve red WAF shirt. This will allow us to check our inventory and place an order accordingly.

Use this form to pay for your apparel via credit card. You will need to manually enter the dollar amount and number of items for the order. This will then direct you to the credit card payment screen.

Orders must be placed by November 20, 2025.They will be available for pick up at our annual convention in January. If you need them mailed, contact WAF as a mailing fee will need to be assessed.
