Showcase Application Form: Family

Thank you for your interest to Showcase at the Wisconsin Association of Fairs annual convention which will be held at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, January 11-14, 2026.

Applications will be accepted via this online form only.

Please complete one application for each group you are submitting for the Family Showcase on Tuesday morning,

Equipment Needed for Evening Showcase

Family Showcase is available to acts/entertainment such as family shows, magicians, kids show, etc. that can fit onto a stage to perform. The showcase will be limited to 12 minutes with 1-2 minutes of set up and tear down.
Family Showcase will take place on Tuesday morning at in the Grand Ballroom and will use the sound equipment provided by the hotel.

Applications are due October 27, 2025 by 8:00PM.
