Showcase Application Form: Evening

Thank you for your interest to Showcase at the Wisconsin Association of Fairs annual convention which will be held at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, January 11-14, 2026.

Applications will be accepted via this online form only.

Please complete one application for each group you are submitting for the evening showcase.

What day is your group available? We try to keep a variety of entertainment on each evening and your availability gives us more flexibility to do that. There is not guarantee as to which day your act will be scheduled. Please select ALL that your act is available.

Equipment Needed for Evening Showcase

Our Evening Showcase is set up similar to a “Festival Style Event Showcase”. This means there is very limited time to set up between acts, approximately 7 minutes. We have between 6 and 8 acts perform each night with an emcee filling the time while changeover is happening.

WAF will provide the following equipment that is required for all acts to use:

Front of house equipment
Stage monitors with mics
Backline equipment with 2 guitar & bass amps
Drum kit
Standard keyboard

Any special keyboard requests? If yes, please explain. Can't guarantee they will be approved.
